Outside of work, Erin enjoys traveling, spending time with family, and making memories with her adorable niece. She shares her home with her rat, Roxanne.
Favorite Part of My Job
Throughout her career in general practice, Erin has developed special interests in animal behavior, client education, end-of-life care, and leadership. She strives to make every veterinary visit as stress-free as possible for her patients while supporting and mentoring team members to help provide exceptional patient care. She enjoys building lasting relationships with pet owners and helping them feel informed and supported throughout their pets' lives.
One of Erin's favorite things about working at Colmar Veterinary Hospital is the team atmosphere. She appreciates being surrounded by people with diverse backgrounds and strengths who share a genuine passion for veterinary medicine and patient care. Her veterinary superpower might be making people laugh, although some coworkers may jokingly say it's her ability to be delightfully annoying.
Why I Chose This Profession
Erin began her career in veterinary medicine in 2020 after being introduced to the profession by her sister. From that moment on, she knew she had found her calling and has not looked back.
Work History
She joined Colmar Veterinary Hospital in November 2021 and graduated from Purdue University in 2025 with a degree in Veterinary Nursing.
